i'm 18!!! (.....10 months ago.....)

birthdays are an exciting thing! but apparently i was too busy around the time of mine that i just didn't even mention it or post any pictures or anything! so here you are, 10 months late. whoo! i honestly don't remember the details, but i'm sure it was an absolutely lovely day. the parts i remember were, and most days are, so we'll go with that :) speaking of parts i remember...that's largely due to the fact that i have picture proof that such a day happened! i am so grateful for pictures, in so many ways. so here's a small taste of that :)

my dearest mitch and naomi stopped by after school and gave me cupcakes with rock candy on top. aren't they cool? (my friends, not the cupcakes. although they are, too.) 

they even left me a little love note too. they're just too great :)

(and now mitchy's on a mission in colorado...crazy stuff!)

payton and i went to nielsen's to get free stuff...

and i'm super lucky cuz crystal and rachel were even there to sing to me. yay! 

lots of love and happy birthday wishes and hugs and awesome friends and all sorts of wonderful things are mixed in between those, but that's what we got on camera. 

so ta da! happy {very} late birthday to me :)
