yummy in my tummy...

my mom is the best cook ever. seriously guys, she is. at this very moment, i am eating some banana bread she made, and let me just tell you-it is to die for. of course, banana bread is heavenly pretty much no matter what, but her's is the best. everything she makes is the best. she doesn't think she's that good, but we all know otherwise. when we go for cabin trips with my cousins, everyone raves about how good all her food is. when i go to eat places like crackers & co and macaroni grill, i try a different dish every time, but i never like any of them...i think it's because i like mom's food better, as strange as that sounds. and it's not even because she's my mom and everything's better when mom does it...(my dad and i have had a joke about that ever since i was little-no matter what, everything's better mom's way. even if you do it the exact same way, it lacks the magic and grace of a mother's touch.) she is just legitly good. see for yourself: http://hereswhatscookin.blogspot.com/. it's her cute little cooking blog of tried and true recipes our family loves. it's magic i tell ya-pure magic. :) haha. enjoy! :)
