gotta love funny flight attendants...

so if you know me, you probably know that i enjoy sarcasm. probably a bit too much...oops. well, i had an opportunity to enjoy me some flight attendant sarcasm on my flight to salt lake a couple weeks ago. i, along with the cute couple next to me, appreciated her success at making the routine instructions actually enjoyable and interesting to listen to. nice work, random flight attendant! :) some of her lines i could remember were........

"if you get sick of flying with us at any point, there are six exits..."
"smoking is bad for your health. *pause* but it is also not allowed on this flight..."
"if you are sitting by a child, or anyone acting like a child, please secure your air mask first..."

like i said, enjoyable. hopefully it wasn't one of those awkward "you had to be there" moments and you actually thought it was funny too...hopefully.

also, as mentioned before, i was sitting by a charming young couple. the girl, who was the one sitting next to me, had cute hair and an even cuter personality. she made conversation with me throughout the flight (which i love) and she even shared her bridal magazine with me. i was engrossed in the pages for the length of the flight. (it was a big magazine loaded with wedding magic. yes! :)) then i felt like a creep because i had to walk right behind them the whole way out of the airport. :P but i adored them, and especially her. i love nice, cute people. :)

PLUS, there were no awkward men serenading me with les mis...SCORE. ;)

ps-i think this is my shortest storytelling post...score again! :) (it's probably because it's only about 1/18th of my adventures in utah...oh well. haha)

love always:

  1. You must have been on a Southwest flight. Last time I came home I actually LAUGHED OUT LOUD at something that was said. Too bad I can't remember what it was....
